Privacy notice for our free tools

Who we are

360° Aesthetic Digital Strategies Group is a Dentistry Brands LLC company, 1000 Brickell Ave Ste 715 PMB 275, Miami, FL 33131. You can reach us at joel@360aesthetic.com.

What we collect

• The practice name, city and state you type in, and the public Google listing you pick.
• If you ask for the full report: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to limit how many free reports one visitor can run each day, and the bot-check result from Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

• To build your report from public search data about your practice. To do that we send your practice's public details (never your name, email or phone) to our search-data provider, DataForSEO, and to OpenAI to write the report's summary.
• To email you the report you asked for, and to follow up about it ourselves. Reply "no thanks" to any email and we'll stop.

We don't sell your information. Beyond the providers named above, the only company we share any of it with is Meta, and only as described under "Analytics and advertising measurement" below. The tools are for practices, not patients, and we don't ask for or collect any patient information.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits to our site and tools. Report pages are counted under one general address, never their own.

We also use Meta's pixel to learn whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead people to the tools. It records visits to our pages (not to individual reports) and, when you ask for the full report, that a request was made. For that request we also send Meta a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and, if you gave one, your phone number, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. We don't send your name, your practice, your report or anything you typed into the search.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we send nothing to Meta from your visit or your request.

How long we keep it

We keep reports and contact details for as long as they're useful for following up, and delete them on request. Search data we fetched is cached for 30 days so a repeat check doesn't cost us twice.
